About Everwell

Get Your Teachers Back to Teaching
Without Adding Another Program

If your classrooms feel reactive, inconsistent, and exhausting… this is why.

Your teachers aren’t underperforming.
  • They’re overextended
  • Managing behaviour
  • Regulating the room
  • Supporting individual students
  • Delivering curriculum
  • All at once

No system can sustain that.

The Real Cost to Your School

When teachers are stuck managing instead of teaching:

  • Learning is constantly interrupted
  • Behaviour escalates faster
  • Staff consistency breaks down
  • Teacher burnout increases

And your strongest educators? They start to disengage—or leave.

There Is a Better Way

At Everwell, we help schools build harmonious, high-functioning classrooms that actually flow. Where:

Behaviour is supported proactively

Staff roles are clear and intentional

Teachers can focus on teaching again

Our Approach

Fix the System, Not the Teacher

We don’t give you another strategy. We redesign how your classrooms operate.

1. SLSOs strengthen the classroom environment

Instead of being reactive or attached to one student, SLSOs:

  • provide visible, proactive regulation
  • support the entire classroom environment
  • reduce disruptions before they escalate
2. Teachers Return to Their Expertise

Your teachers are freed to:

  • deliver quality instruction
  • extend high-potential learners
  • support students requiring adjustments
  • not constantly manage behaviour
3. Targeted Students Get Real Support

We upskill your SLSOs to work intentionally, not reactively:

  • building regulation
  • increasing engagement
  • reducing long-term dependency
The Transformation
  • Calmer, more predictable classrooms
  • Fewer behaviour escalations
  • Stronger consistency across staff
  • Increased student engagement
  • Immediate relief for teachers

Why the Everwell Model Works

Because you’re not asking teachers to do more. You’re finally giving them the conditions to succeed.

And when teachers can teach:

  • learning improves
  • behaviour stabilises
  • staff stay
Who This Is For
  • Principals seeing rising behaviour challenges

  • Schools with inconsistent staff responses

  • Teams where SLSOs are underutilised or unclear in their role

  • Leaders ready for real, sustainable change—not another initiative

The Everwell Difference

This isn’t a one-off workshop. It’s hands-on, in-school implementation that creates lasting change.

  • embed clear roles
  • build staff capability
  • shift classroom practice in real time

Ready to Change How Your Classrooms Run?

If you’re tired of reactive classrooms, overwhelmed teachers and inconsistent practice — it’s time to reset the system.

Meet the Founder

Emily Hogan

At Everwell, the work is grounded in a simple but powerful belief: classrooms don’t need more strategies—they need better systems. Systems that are lived, consistent, and designed to support both educators and students in real, everyday practice.

Emily Hogan, founder of Everwell, brings over 20 years of experience across education, wellbeing, and learning support. Her work has spanned schools, OSHC settings, and multidisciplinary teams, giving her a deep understanding of the pressures educators face and the realities of modern classrooms. She has seen firsthand that even the most skilled teachers struggle when they are expected to manage behaviour, regulate the environment, and deliver high-quality teaching all at once.

At Everwell, the focus is not on adding more to already overwhelmed staff. Instead, the work centres on reshaping how classrooms function; creating clarity in roles, strengthening consistency across teams, and ensuring that every adult in the room is used with intention. This includes redefining the role of support staff, enabling SLSOs to take a proactive approach, while allowing teachers to return to their core work: teaching, extending, and supporting learners with depth and expertise.

Emily’s approach is both brain-aware and trauma-informed, grounded in research but driven by practical application. Rather than delivering theory in isolation, she works alongside educators in real time—within classrooms, within teams, and within the complexity of school environments. This ensures that change is not just understood, but embedded in a way that is sustainable.

The result is a shift that goes beyond behaviour management. Schools begin to experience calmer, more predictable classrooms, stronger staff alignment, and a noticeable reduction in the overall load carried by teachers. Most importantly, educators regain the space and capacity to do the work they are trained to do, and students benefit from environments that feel safe, consistent, and conducive to learning.

At Everwell, this is the outcome that matters: classrooms that are not just functioning, but flowing, where both staff and students can thrive.
